Each day we pick up at designated schools and transport the students to our facility where they are greeted by teachers enthusiastic to make their afternoon an enriching one! Our After School Arts Enrichment Studies Program offers students the chance to take the first step! Explore, expand & practice your talents in a fun atmosphere & comfortable environment. Learn about action, emotion, improvisation, character & staging in our Drama and Childrens Theatre portion!
Discover the World of Dance through Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Acrobatics and other various dance forms in a well supervised environment designed to make young people appreciate the arts while enhancing their skills!
Do you need a place for your child after school? In today’s world, parents realize more than ever how important it is for their children to develop the skills that give them confidence and deter them from mischief. A long day of sitting quietly at a school desk makes for restless kids. We offer children 6 and up a chance to burn off their energy in a program that consists mainly of exploring the world of the performing arts. We provide a safe, fun, caring environment for your child. We offer an affordable program that offers participation in organized events and activities developing interests, and heighten their development in a broad range of offerings. Students gain dance skills, musical and choreography techniques, and self-esteem, and learn about the creative process. Emphasis is placed on inspiring self-confidence, expression, and creativity through choreography and dramatic performance skills.
Students begin the day with a snack and time to get changed for dance, the students will participate in a variety of dance classes throughout the week. Homework time and help is available daily.
Our After School Instruction Program is NOT a baby-sitting service or day care, but a positive environment designed for young people with a serious interest in the arts and in developing their gifts in the field. If your child loves to dance, and you are looking for a program with careful supervision, artistic integrity and a sincere desire to make learning fun for kids, then the Lakeland Academy of Arts After School Program is for you!

$60.00 pr week
$55.00 pr week
Morning Drop off available (please schedule in advance) cost $20.00 pr week
A yearly Registration Fee of $25.00 due when enrolling.
All Fees are due on 1st day of each week.
A $10.00 discount pr week is given to additional family members enrolled in the After School Care program
All After School Care Students are invited to participate in our Annual Dance Recital! Costumes, tickets and entry fees are extra
